Monthly Routine Memo Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026
App: Monthly Routine Memo (com.mawatarishoji.everymonthroutinetimer)
日本語

Monthly Routine Memo(the "App") lists the things you do every month or week and reminds you with notifications at the times you choose. The App is designed not to collect users' personal information.

1. Personal Information

The App does not collect personal information.

  • It does not ask for your name, email address, location, or similar information, and there is no account or sign-in.
  • There are no fields for account numbers, card numbers, or PINs.
  • No analytics or behavior-tracking tools (analytics SDKs) are used.
  • Version 1.0 shows no ads and includes no advertising SDKs. No data is provided to advertisers.
  • Your routines, memos, and history are never sent off your device.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Your routines (name, category, memo, repeat pattern, notification time, and so on), completion history, settings, and which news items you have read are stored only on your device. We cannot access this data. It is not synced with iCloud. Deleting the App also deletes the data from your device. If device backups are turned on, the data is included in those backups.

To show your schedule in the Home Screen widget, upcoming items (name, category, date, and time) are saved in an area shared only between the App and its widget on the same device (an App Group). This area also stays on your device and is never sent elsewhere.

3. Notifications

Reminders are scheduled on your device as iOS local notifications. The App does not send routine names or dates to any server to deliver them. You can change notification permission at any time in the iPhone Settings app.

4. News Data

The App connects to the internet only to retrieve a static news file from mawatarik.com to show announcements. This request contains none of your routines and no user or device identifier, and the downloaded data is used only to display news. Like any website, the server that delivers this file (https://mawatarik.com/apps/monthly-routine/news.json) keeps standard access logs (such as IP address and time). These logs are used only to operate the service and not to identify users.

5. External Links

News and the support page may include links to websites. Information on those sites is handled according to their own privacy policies.

6. Changes to This Policy

Any changes to this policy will be published on this page. If a new feature, such as ads or a paid plan, changes how information is handled, we will update this page before that feature becomes available.

7. Contact

For questions about this policy, contact info@mawatarik.com.
